FAQ's

Through this FAQ we will try to solve any question you may have. If, however, you still have a question after reading it, don't hesitate to contact us.

1. What is this xhtml/css slice service?
xSlicers is a web service made for anyone who want to have a well coded design easy, cheap and fast. We slice and transform your designs into valid XHTML and CSS so you can carry on with your project.

2. How do I send you files?
Through our Slice my design page (nice name uh?) you will find a form to upload your template and send it to us.

3. When are you available?
We work from Monday to Friday and Saturday (Half time).

4. What are the payment options?
Currently we only accept payments through PayPal. Once we have received the layout, we will contact you via email with our payment address and more details.

5. Any specification to send my design?
We accept most file types, you can upload your images in .jpg, .gif, .psd and .png. Our preferred format is .psd. If you are sending more than 1 file, please .zip up your work.

6. Can you code Javascript, AJAX, back-end applications and scripts?
We can talk about it.

7. I already have a design coded, but it is uses tables/old code, can you re-code it?
Of course! If you still have your original template we can slice it normally, if don't then we can take your existing page and convert it into a tableless website.

8. Do you comment your code?
We can comment it for a small fee. Commenting our code means passing our knowledge to you, so we charge a small fee to "teach" you how do we work. If you want to have a commented code, please let us know through the comment area.

9. What if I need technical support?
After our work is done we will offer 3-day technical support via email. Hopefully three days will be enough to solve all your questions.

10. Is your name mentioned somewhere in the code?
Absolutely not. All the rights go directly to you. Our name never appears in the xhtml nor in the css.

11. Do you have any offer or discount?
Our offers are being developed, once we have them ready we will inform you. ;)
